For the past 41 years,Hospice SLO County has been a safety net in providing support to individuals with a life limiting illness and their families who fall into gaps between other healthcare resources and services due to treatment choices, insurance limitations or inability to afford out of pocket care. Any amount you can give what will help us continue to provide this additional layer of support for those needing care management, in-home respite care, grief counseling or end of life doula services.
